divided into 3 categories : 1. Aniseed aperitif 2. Vermouth Aperitif 3. Bitter Aperitif.
Aniseed Aperitif: Contains Aniseed, alcohol, water, grape, sugar
Example: Pastis (France), Ouzo (Greece) Rak� (Turkey)
Vermouth Aperitif: Complicated and secret recipe. Contains sweet
wine, sugar, brandy, and more than 50 aromatic plants (secret)
Example : Martini Bianco (Italy), Martini Rosso (Italy), Cinzano (Italy)
Bitter Aperitif: Aperitif containing the same bitterness as in
Tonic water. Contains a plant called Quinarinas for bitterness, sugar, water, alcohol,
oil.

Distilled Beverage (Brandy)
A Brandy
is a quite Strong Beverage (containing 70% alcohol) because these beverages have been
distilled. All Brandies are Beverages that have been fermented once, distilled 2 times and
usually aged minimum 3 years.
Distillation: Consisting on heating (cooking) a fermented beverage
(Wine) and taking only the vapor. This process makes a strong beverage
